Only got to make use of superwinch lp8500 for about four outings before my automobile was flipped by a high schooler speaking on a mobile phone & not being attentive. However, i will be ordering another one--so that ought to tell you something.

I gave superwinch lp8500 four stars in lieu of five because superwinch lp8500 doenst already come with the choice to remotely locate the winch selnoid (unless you buy the kit).

Wires limit relocation to within approx. 18 inches. I had to make longer wires & didn't even use the kit! The only thing in the kit is four wires & grommets.
